Ozmusic Productions knows the importance of having what you ordered as soon as possible and we pride ourselves on on having a fast order turnaround and delivery times. After placing your order with us we aim to have it off to you within one business day of receiving payment. Our daily cutoff time for dispatch is 12pm Melbourne time, if your order and payment is received before this time it will be shipped out on the same day. (Subject to stock availability)

Information for Australian Customers

Most orders shipped within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. We prefer to use Registered Post as these have a tracking feature. We also provide the option for regular post and this shipping method can be expected within 3-5 working days. We recommend that if you are not home during business hours that you get your parcel sent to you at work. If delivery is attempted but no-one is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. For tickets shipped via regular post they will be left in your letter box.

The postage rate is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart with the various delivery options and prices presented to you when you go through the Check Out system.

Information for International Customers

International orders are not currently accepted, sorry.

Returns

Please choose carefully as products may not be returned unless they are faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. If you have a product you wish to return you must email us for a Return Authorization form and send the items back to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped with your Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging material. If an event you have purchased a ticket for has been canceled by the promoter a refund will be issued to you on return of your purchased tickets. Unfortunately shipping charges can not be refunded.
